Finding the Best Locations For Your Networks

RCC has helped clients around the world collocate, build-to-suit, lease or purchase communication sites for more than 20 years. When we deployed the first national commercial wireless mobile data network starting in 1986 (which is still in use today), we acquired more than 2,000 base station sites—from farmland to mountaintops to metropolitan rooftops—for our client.

 

We maintain a vast network of available sites, which ensures we can obtain the right locations for your cellular, PCS, paging, fixed and mobile broadband networks. Our teams are experienced in navigating the leasing, zoning and permitting processes, and have extensive experience with regulatory agencies, including the National Park Services, utilities commissions and historical societies.
