User Requirements - RCC consultants and engineers clearly define the problem facing the client and what characteristics the final solution will need to have to meet these needs. System designers utilize information provided by the client through surveys, site audits, and user interviews to help identify problems that need to be solved and user requirements for new technology solutions.

Identify Solutions - Consultants and engineers generate and search out possible technological solutions that meet the clients needs and requirements. RCC's experience with a wide range of technology vendors allows us to bring technologies that are not widely known into the solution mix.

Solid Engineering - RCC has a large staff with a rich variety of engineering experience and qualifications needed to provide solid solutions to complex problems. RCC's engineering services include the full range of process, tools and expertise needed to advance a technology concept or project from a strategy, to a tactical plan, through implementation to full operation.

RCC's has developed a number of engineering tools to help provide solid solutions for our clients. Software tools such as our ComSite RF Engineering tools enable our engineers to provide better communications system designs faster. Other tools, such as our traffic monitoring system were developed to help provide better designs for our clients. Finally, RCC works hard to ensure that our engineers and consultants maintain relevant industry certifications and are competent in all relevant industry standards.

Typically RCC provides our clients with a concept design plan that outlines solutions that will meet their requirements. A concept design budget is also prepared to provide the client with an expectation of system costs.

Once the client has decided on the design concept, RCC's project team will complete the detailed system design plan and begin developing the functional and technical specifications. RCC project team members provide the client with a draft specification document then meet to review the specifications and to ensure that all of the clients needs have been addressed.
