We also know that our clients look to us to help them balance their ability to oversee project activities while having to address their daily responsibilities. To this end, RCC has developed a wide range of project management tools and services that can be used to help manage the project to a successful outcome.
RCC is capable of working with our clients in essentially any role, from serving as an on-call consultant to having complete staff integration with the client's project management team. RCC recognizes that our clients sometimes require a critical augmentation to its own staff simply because of the sheer size and complexity of the undertaking. Accordingly, we can propose implementation management services that are customized to the specific needs of the client's project. In addition, we offer a number of alternative services that can be used, in whole or in part, to help manage the project regardless of its size and complexity.
By customizing implementation management services based on the needs of the project, RCC can take the role of "trusted advisor" or serve as the client's "owner's agent." The principal distinction between these two roles lies with RCC's legal responsibilities and authorities towards third party vendors who are under separate contracts with the client. As trusted advisor, RCC's authority and responsibility would be strictly limited to reviewing situations and making recommendations to the client. In the owner's agent role, RCC could become responsible for the detailed management and direction of designated vendors by being designated as the client's agent.
