November 17: East Texas Council of Governments Selects RCC Consultants to Conduct HSEEP-Compliant Tabletop and Full-Scale NECP Exercises
RCC Consultants will design, conduct and evaluate tabletop and full-scale exercises for the East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG) to validate National Emergency Communications Plan Goal 2. The goal requires that jurisdictions demonstrate response-level emergency communications within an hour of an incident involving multiple jurisdictions and agencies.
