The North Slope Borough encompasses 89,000 square miles of Arctic territory at the top of Alaska. It is the largest geographical area in the world. The Borough retained RCC Consultants to assist in upgrading several communications systems, which will help connect multiple remote villages to Barrow, Alaska, the northernmost city in the United States.
