RCC Issues Whitepaper To Help Licensees

RCC has issued a whitepaper entitled, "First Response To 800 MHz Rebanding". The whitepaper focuses on assisting licensees affected by the 800 MHz rebanding proceeding who have not, as yet, determined how to respond to that process. This paper offers ten principles that RCC believes should be useful to licensees in preparing their first response to the prospect of rebanding.
