What Wave Are You????

Today the 800 MHz Transition Administrator submitted the Regional Prioritzation Plan to the FCC! In this submission, the TA introduced the concept of "Prioritization Waves " (thus the title of the post, "What Wave Are You?") to assign dates by which Licensees must commence reconfiguration.
