ComSitePlus Support Policy
Significant advances and/or changes in operating systems and third-party development software and/or enhancements in feature sets determine a product's life-cycle. When these events occur, an organization may curtail support and eventually discontinues it altogether as the products become obsolete and new one become available. RCC is committed to supporting its products within there natural life-cycle and offers attractive upgrade opportunities to its existing customer base to ensure they have tools with the most current and technologically sound implementation of our telecommunications tools, compatible with the latest MS platforms.
We make every attempt to notify customers of a new upgrade to a product and continue to support the older products for a specific time period.
A six-month notice regarding expiration of support is posted on this web site, allowing you time to move from a discontinued product to a newer current product.
Support for all versions of ComSitePlus will be discontinued as of August 31, 2002.

Copy the file to an empty folder and unzip it. Double-click on Setup.exe to start the installation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
