RCC reviews, submits and tracks the successful completion of work orders for moves, adds and changes to system and network services. We also submit and track the disposition of trouble calls on behalf of our TeleCare clients. RCC conducts system and network performance monitoring, trunking analyses and call center configuration to ensure that systems are optimized to meet our clients’ requirements.
